How it works
Diamond painting kits are a fun, easy and rewarding way to relax for art lovers of every age.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, we provide everything you need to get started with easy-to-follow instructions.
Instructions
- Peel back the protective film from the area of the canvas you want to work on first. Don't remove the entire film at once - simply peel it back as you progress.
- Find the symbol on the canvas that you'll be working on first, then locate the same symbol on the table (printed left and right sides of the canvas) to find the corresponding DMC color code. Example: The symbol on the canvas is ߷. You find the symbol ߷ on the table, which has the code 987 next to it.
- Find the diamond bag with the corresponding DMC color code and empty them into the tray.
- Apply wax to the pen and pick up the diamond by the faceted side, then simply place on the canvas where you see the corresponding symbol.
- Continue this process and watch your creation come to life one diamond at a time!
Top Tips
- Take your time - don't expect to complete your creation in one sitting.
- When you're not using your canvas, keep it covered with the protective film, so the canvas doesn't collect dust.
- After each diamond session, place a weighted book on top of the film in the areas you have worked on to help stick the diamonds in place.
- Keep your working area tidy so you know where everything is - diamonds are small and easy to lose.
- Ensure you close the wax caddy when not in use to prevent it from drying out.
